Director, Business Development

Reporting to the President of Keata, you will be responsible to meet and exceed annual objectives for the sale of Keata’s contract services. In addition, you will actively develop future strategies for sales and marketing to further promote Keata’s products and services in Canada, the United States and Internationally. In this key position, and as a member of the senior management team, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

You will possess a bachelors degree in business and/or health sciences; related experience of 10-15 years with at least 5 years in a sales or business development role in the bio/pharmaceutical industry or contract manufacturing/service industry. An MBA would be an asset. Solid experience in the development of contracts and proposals and negotiation skills, good knowledge of the cGMP, GCP (Good Clinical Practices) regulations and the GLP environment are an asset of yours.  Fluent in both the French and English language oral and written would be an asset. Flexibility for travel on a regular basis within the assigned territory (20-25%) is required.
